All prices and charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable but exclude delivery charges. We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be incurred at the delivery destination.
Although we make every effort to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, there may be rare instances where an error in pricing occurs. Should we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with your order at the correct price.
Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions and voucher codes are valid for the specified period only. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the website at our discretion at any time before we accept your order.
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and will not be liable to anyone in these circumstances.
Items which are out of stock are shown on the website as unavailable, however if for some reason you place an order and the goods are not available, we will contact you and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available or to cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between us takes place when we send you an email confirming that your goods have been dispatched.

Please make cheques payable to Domino Baby Limited. Please ensure that you write your name and address on the back of the cheque, and that you include the cost of delivery in your payment.
If you choose to pay by cheque, funds must be cleared before we can dispatch your order.

Cancellation & Returns

Should you wish to cancel or return any goods, you may do so only in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
If you intend to cancel your order in accordance with the cancellation and returns policy, you must keep goods in the condition in which you received them.
Prior to returning your item, you must contact a member of our customer service team with your request to make a return/exchange on 07747 613359 or by email at info@dominobaby.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
Please include with your return a copy of your original invoice with your full contact details, stating the reason for return

Cancellation and returns policy

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by contacting our customer services team on 07747 613359 or by e-mail at info@dominobaby.co.uk quoting your order reference number.
After delivery, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) or make an exchange for any reason within 7 working days for items delivered within the UK, or within 14 days for international orders, provided items are unused and in their original packaging, with all labels intact.  You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us unless it is faulty. We suggest that you send your return by recorded delivery for proof of postage.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on sales or promotional items, though we will be happy to offer an exchange in these circumstances.
We take care to make sure every item we dispatch is in perfect condition. However, if you feel the item you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.
